We will make reasonable efforts to restore services as quickly as possible.

Fair Use

To ensure network stability and quality for all subscribers, K-Connect Network And Data Solution may implement reasonable network management practices when necessary.

Equipment

Any equipment provided by K-Connect Network And Data Solution remains the property of the company unless otherwise stated.

Subscribers agree to:

Take reasonable care of company-owned equipment.
Return equipment upon service termination if required.
Pay replacement costs for lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-Connect Network And Data Solution shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits, business, or data
Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
Issues caused by third-party services or customer-owned equipment

Termination of Service

The company may suspend or terminate services if:

Payment obligations are not met.
False information was provided during registration.
The subscriber violates these Terms and Conditions.
Required by law or regulatory authorities.

Subscribers may request termination of service subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.

Privacy
