Fair Use

Equipment
Any equipment provided by K-Connect Network And Data Solution remains the property of the company unless otherwise stated.
Subscribers agree to:
- Take reasonable care of company-owned equipment.
- Return equipment upon service termination if required.
- Pay replacement costs for lost, damaged, or unreturned equipment.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-Connect Network And Data Solution shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, business, or data
- Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
- Issues caused by third-party services or customer-owned equipment
Termination of Service
The company may suspend or terminate services if:

Subscribers may request termination of service subject to settlement of outstanding obligations.
